it's downloaded but won't allow me to install it. What should I do?

Good Morning,

The error message that is coming up is, "Error 1935, An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {0D7E67F6-1A6A-3A26-AF95-B8E83DDCCC3F}. HRESULT: 0x800736FD"
