Apologies for the delay as we continue working to resolve an issue affecting receipt of activation codes for students looking to use Sage 50 Canadian Student Edition. Just sent you an email from [email protected] with 2016 / 2019 codes (missed the note that your 2019 is a personal full licensed version). Not sure if that would cause a conflict. 

I did include steps on a clean up tool. If you can get the 2016 onto a separate machine, that may be the best option. 

Alternatively, you should be able to open 2016 data files in your 2019 software to work with. Though I suspect this may be an issue for sending files for review by your teacher.

Oh that's right... The student version's data is for the Premium edition of the software. Also note that the newer version installed will overwrite the shortcut for the application when you launch it. You'll have to launch the 2016 directly from its icon (on your desktop or in your programs menu).

I have been able to activate the 2016 Student version and keep my 2019 full licenced :)
