Service Interruption to Receipt of Sage 50 Canadian Edition Student Version Activation Codes

  • Hi I've emailed this address 3 times. I've been waiting for my code for 5 days. My class started yesterday and my instructor is docking marks to those of us who haven't received our codes in time to activate our software (Version 2020).

  • I'm also currently looking for the key code for the Canadian Edition 2019 version. My class starts next week. A response would be greatly appreciated. I have also sent an email to the provided address.

  • Hi Erzsi, I signed up using the work around. When I go to load the chapter data files, I get an error. It asks me to activate the product again, this time requiring an "Account ID" - which it did not ask for when installing. The error reads as follows:

    "Sorry, the data on this Student Version has expired. You can no longer use Sage 50 Premium Accounting - Student Version.

    To order a full version of Sage 50:

    Click on Buy Online below
    or call 1-888-261-9610 (Monday through Friday 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific Time)"

    I signed up using the information provided in the email from [email protected] and it allowed me to install the product but I now cannot access the files I need. Can you please assist? I need to get assignments completed for my course before the deadline..
