Activating Sage 2018 Student - Key Code

Hello,

I have registered for the 2018 student version, I waited the 24 hours as recommended then email the sage help team using the email given in a different post that had the same issue. I have gotten neither a key code or a reply from the help team. Is there another way to register? I my book it says that you can register over the phone is that a possibility?

I sincerely hope that the delay is not a true reflection of  Sage's customer service, it is not acceptable to have to wait and see if anything happens when we have followed all of the steps that are laid out by you instructions.

Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated
