Thank you for your post. We tested the registration for a 2019 code last week, check for an email in your inbox / junk from Sage Team <[email protected]>. Subject line would be similar to: "Sage 50 Accounting Premium 2019 - Student Version, Registration Info"

If you you haven't done the registration step in order to receive an email, then please go to https://www.sage.com/ca/about-us/education

1. Fill in the form in STEP 2 with the appropriate information.
2. Wait until a reply email is sent to you from Sage Team <[email protected]>
3. Use the Serial number and Key code in the email to activate your Sage 50 program.
4. These codes can be used when you reinstall the program onto another computer.

After registering: download the software in Step 3.


Note: that the student version codes are needed at install in order to install the student version*. 

The team at [email protected] can assist with this. Have you also emailed them about missing codes?

Hi. Thanks for the response.

Unfortunately I haven’t received any email despite registering twice. I just checked my spam mail and there’s nothing either. I also emailed customer support last Friday and haven’t had a response.

i tried to use the verification code I used to sign up in this forum and it actually worked - I was able to download the software. I’m just concerned that it may cause a problem somewhere since it wasn’t an official code?

Yes the download is accessible even without registration as seen in the STEP 3 screenshot above. We reached out to the [email protected] team who don't see your yahoo.ca email in the inbox.

Which version *year) were you trying to activate?

Heads up not to install the download without the student version codes. Otherwise, the regular version will install which will need to be removed... which will be extra work.

Ok thanks for clarifying. I will try to register again tonight. In case I still have trouble I’ll send another post.
