Sage HRMS - Sage ESS How to change employer info for paystub?

Hello!

Our state requires that we have our phone number on our paystubs. However, under the master account in sage ess I cant find where I update the employer info for this specific field on the paystub. Cant even find where we have the company info. I logged into HRMS and see that the phone field is there but since they are 2 seperate products that should matter. ANy help is apprectiated!

    You can make modifications to way Sage ESS displays the pay stubs in ESS.  The paystub is a SAP Crystal Report called UPSOURCEePay300.rpt (assuming you are a US employer).  The default location on the server is C:\ProgramData\Sage\SageHRMSServer\Payroll\CustomReports\Internal

    You can also search the server for the report name.  For further assistance modifying the SAP Crystal Report, you may want to reach out to your implementer as this would be a customization.
