1. during open payroll all employees ER 401k match was showing that it was being changed to 0% - We did not make any changes to anyone ER 401K MATCH %. We had to go into each employee manually and put the ER 401K match back to 3% our selves ... what is causing this to happen ????
2. after reviewing an employee savings benefit a question box comes up stating that the employer match amount for 401k has changed - understand that no one was making any changes we were looking at employee panel . question would not let us just cancel out or escape it
why is HRMS making changes to RULES with no one doing anything in the system ?
