Is there a table that holds the current tax rate tables? I can't seem to locate one and can't find the tables by navigating in the client.

In Setup > Payroll > (Earnings/Deductions/Taxes) Federal/State Tax Codes are where tax codes are maintained. You can enter a reporting ID, calculation base, employer/employee percentage, annual maximum earnings, and more. The details on the tiers/levels, for example in USFIT - US Federal Income Tax, or other federal/state taxes are not available to view within the software.
In Local/Other Tax Codes, if the Employee/Employer Calc method is tax bracket table, there will be a Brackets tab where you can view the From, To, Amount, Plus Percent, Of Excess Over.
