Pay Stubs not posting in ESS

We have completed payroll in Sage HRMS, but the latest pay stubs are not visible in ESS.

    Below are some items that can cause a payment not to appear in Sage ESS:

    1.  When printing/posting checks how did you answer the question 'When do you want to publish these checks/advices to Employee Self Service?  < Enter a date> or select Do not publish.  If a date was entered make sure you saw the message 'The Update Payroll History Process completed successfully'  If the date entered was greater than the system date on your computer today, payments may not show in ESS.

    2.  Log into ESS as Master, go to System Settings > System Setup.  Review your selections for the questions:

    Display Pay History From

    Display Pay History Before Published Date

    3.  The key to finding out if the pay history was posted is to look at the tables themselves.  You will need access to the SQL server for this step.  Log onto SQL Server Management Studio and go to SageHRMS_Live > Tables > Open dbo.bpspcmas and look for the employees and their check date that does not appear in ESS.  If it is missing, contact Support as they may be able to assist in repopulating the table.  If it partially posted, you may want to consider restoring data.  I would suggest contact Sage Support for further analysis.

    Thanks you for the trouble shooting steps!!

    Our accountant says that the dates auto populate when she posts.

    In the table bpspcmas the checks in question have an entry, but are missing account and amount data.

    We ran the utility ConvertCheckData and it worked perfectly!
