We dropped HR Actions, ESS, Cyber about two years ago.  ESS calculated the benefits on a monthly basis while HRMS calculates on a weekly...  screws everything up.  

HR Actions used frames so the browsers never lined up correctly.  People thought they submitted something only to learn they didn't scroll the frame down to show a second submit button.  Nightmare.

We moved away from Cyber because it did not send all the employee data over to HRMS ... causing double data entry.  

Now we are using BirdDogHR for the ATS and Onboarding piece.  We still have to enter the hires in HRMS, but at least the employee experience is enhanced.
