Fixes included in the Service Release
Cause: User permission issue. Access Denied error.
Cause: SAP Crystal Runtime is not fully installing when an earlier version of SAP Crystal Runtime is already installed.
Cause: The updated folders names were not included in the release of the new SM module.

We were already able to fix the BK66A error after running the Q2 2020 update. Crystal Reports seems to be running ok. Can we still do Aatrix 941 or do we need to just do a manual 941 and mail it?
