I am having a problem printing to a new printer.  I have it set up in Sage as a destination with the same settings as other printers that are the same model and they work fine.  It appears that the problem is with just printing packing slips.  I am able to print other records with no problem.  I attempted to print packing slips to different printers and it worked without problem.  Has anyone else ran into this problem?

I checked the operations log in the server and i get a generic event code back.  I looked up the code (842) and the fix is to reboot the server.  This doesn't make much sense as I am able to print to it from other parts of Sage.  Any thoughts?  Thanks in advance for your help.
