Product Import Template not creating Product-Site

Hello, 
 I'm trying to build an import template that allows me to create ITMMASTER and ITMFACILIT records at the same time. These are the fields I have listed below. 
 
 When I attempt to import based on this template, the Product in ITMMASTER is created but there is no matching Product-Site in ITMFACILIT. 
 Is this even possible? Being able to create both at once will speed things up significantly for me.

Another option would be using a sequence with both imports at the same time (Setup > Usage > Import / Export > Sequences. Using this functionality, you specify the templates that should execute sequentially in a single call. 
 The call is done from Usage > Import / Export > Linked Imports.

Hi, 
 This does not make sense as Sage has built-in function for creation of product-site records in mass (CREITFMA). Even more, when you will try to create product-site record using import procedure, you will fail to fullfill all needed fields inherited automatically from product category at the moment of creation of product-site record using built-in function.

Common data -> Products -> Utilities -> Product site creation. 
 In deed, there is no online help available for this function. Nevertheless, when you will navigate in the system to the function, you will figure out yourself how to use this!
