My first step would be to open the calculator and put in "sigma(GTEST=0,1,0)" without the quotes, and then go click your button.  You should get some message boxes with the name of the action that is being called.  Maybe your When needs to be looking at a different action?

and sigma(GTEST=0,-1,0) turns it off

I think SUBGAS is blocking it for some reasons. 

Is there something to bypass standard process ? (GPE stuff)

I am no programmer. I don't get SUBGAS.
I know to write few things.
I want to create a Button for drop file with ordsys.

You could put the first line at the top of your action, and the second line just before the end in order to get the SUB to run before the SPE instead of after.

Gosub ACTION from =PROGSUB

###

GPE=1

Also, those sigma message boxes are telling you that your button isn't hitting any SPE code.  It is only looking in SUBGAS.  I would tell you to put your code in SUBGAS.

I think Accounting is sensitive. I should not touch SUB stuff. 

The sigma is good. I can understand a bit what is happening.
