You can do this at the User Setup Level. 

Navigate to:  Setup>Users>Users.  

Select the user you'd like to have this feature and then click on the Parameters tab. 

In the Grid, scroll to the Supervisor chapter, Lists and Selections , [ typically line 35]

Click the Action card next to the word "Supervisor", and then click Detail. 

In the User Paramenters window, set the CHDERLUS parameter to "Yes". 

Click OK 

Click Save. 

The user  must  log out of all Sage windows and tabs; then log back in to refresh their user profile with the change.  This is very important. 

If they do not log out and back in, it may seem as though nothing has changed. 

Awesome. Although I navigate there and CHDERLUS is not listed. Do I just add it? I have Super Admin rights.

This Parameter can also be set Globally if desired.  Meaning, it would be true for every user. 

To set Globally, navigate to the Setup Block, General Parameters, Parameter Values

Expand Supervisor, [ choose folder if more than one], then click the action card next to the SEL group and click Detail. 

There you will see the CHDERLUS parameter.  

Users will have to log out and back in to refresh their user sessions with the change.
