Hi All, 
 
 My name is Victor, right now I am trying to update my V12 2020 R1 VM into V12 2020 R2, when I ran TEST UPDATE, i am facing this error.

It said "Empty response, please check if version of X3 is compatible with this update process"

Hi Erzsi, 
 Yes, this issue has been solved 5 days ago. We should only add X3 endpoint during the update, my mistake is to add SEED as well. This error is not happening before the cumulative update was introduced. 
 Sage global has helped me with this issue.
