Default dimensions : previous dimensions

As much as I had used in default dimensions the previous dimensions functionality, it works depend on dimension sequence in a ledger. 

I come on a situation where the sequence in some cases shall be in opposite. Is it possible with setup?

    Ok - example on SEED data. Sequence in the ledger: CCT (Cost centre)  MAR (Market)

    For Dimension ACCT-001(Cost centre) is set BANKINSURANCE (market) as other dimensions.

    For Dimension CONSTRUCTION  (Market) - is set COMM-002 (market) as other dimensions.

    In default dimensions added 4th condition: Previous dimension for BP supplier invoice lines. 

    When in lines dimension ACCT-001 (Cost centre dimension) is entered - value for market dimension is found BANKINSURANCE .

    Question is - how to set up so that after Market dimension is entered, the dimension for cost centre is found without changes in Ledger.
