Payment / Receipt Entry Journal Posting error - (Record already exists and transaction stopped)

In Payment / Receipt Entry, the "Payment" is created. When i click "Post" button and enter the "Value" date to create a journal entry but the payment journal entry is not created. giving following error.

X3 application error

Table: GACCTMPD [DAE]

Key: AUREC*******

Record Already Exists

Transaction stopped.

Hi,

You have journals on hold for this entry. Take a look in acccounting tasks, what figures do you see there?

Wasn't this payment entry strange in some-way? Booked and then reversed or anything odd at this time?

Thanks for your response. Journals are not on hold. It happens only for this payment.

Then it seems you need to delete this payment and enter again, sounds like only option right now.
