So this issue is also the cause of our current situation on a Clients UAT environment.

This issue occurs either when I try to click on the Customisations and Menu initialization from X3 Folder button on Endpoint. (Prod) 

The same issue happened on UAT. I then imported the Delivery Folders content with the import tool(.json), but now when we try to reate and integrate a patch and also when importing data we get the same error just pointing to the UAT App server. (UAT was working and we needed to reinstall Syracuse and mongoDB because of an issue.) This server was connected to a domain.

So I have read the following that I’ve found on SageCity:

I have already tested that I can connect to the Sage instance on the DB server within SQLCMD.

I am assuming that this issue has something to do with the SSL that we need to create and link the Web Server’s IP to the Domain.
