Sage Business Case plans: Gold or Silver?

I'm assuming Sage still offers Silver (5 tickets) or Gold (unlimited tickets, priority support, ?upgrade support) business care support plans.

These questions has been asked before, but not recently as far as I can see;

- Does anyone have Gold plan and what is your experience?

- Do you feel like you're getting good value?   

- How many tickets a year are you raising?

- How much do you rely on Sage vs Sage Partner for upgrade support?
