Error on configuration on Print server

I installed X3 V12 (12.0.17 patch). After successfully configured database, application and main process servers in the console, but got a error when start to configure the print server.

Any help appreciated.

    Uninstall print server, receiving error message:

    Error when loading the Safe X3 Print server component
    cannot load dictionary
    Error when releasing the remote command(getrespository)
    Unknown error.

    Cause

    The current uninstall.jar is corrupted and does not uninstall.



    Resolution
    1. FTP the a new version of the uninstall.jar file to replace the current uninstall.jar file.
    2. Run the uninstall.jar.
    3. Remove any previous directories for the old print server.
    4. Install new print server
    5. Configure new print server.
    6. Publish new print server
    7. Restart new print server.
