MS Outlook Synchronization working with Sage X3 V11 ?

Hi everyone

I would like to know if the MS Outlook Add-in on V11 works with MS Outlook 2013 or later, in order to set up Customer Relations synchronization with Sage X3.

The initial short answer that I got from a VAR was No.

I did attempt to download the Add-in and I can see it as an Inactive add-in on the MS Outlook Add-in Options. Even if I attempt to tick the add-in as Active, it just keeps defaulting to Inactive when restarting Outlook. (Which probably means the VAR was right)

I need to know as all Sage X11 Solution Capability documentation that I have seen promotes such a synchronization.
