Started to test this Customer relation functionality and now I am confused: If the Service request is created with assignment Dispatching - it is not possible to access it later.
What I miss?

Ok step by step:1. Service request (GESSRE):ALL2. New Service request: Site FR011, BPC: FR001. In the tab "Management" value Assignment set value to "Dispatching". No other value is entered.3. Create entry.
The created service request will not be available in any of lists ("Open service requests", "Closed service requests", "Late service requests").
Check the Assignment field, and the user you are using and the connections to queues, somewhere around that is the problem. Create new ones with different assignment field and you will understand.
That is what about I am asking - if the service request is created with "Dispatching" it will disappear from lists. Any other value - let it stay. I am confused about it - what functional meaning is for this value if it is not possible to change after.
We come on it by testing service request import. The wish was, that user manually specifies further actions.
We are having the same issue, when we create a service request with the assignment "Dispatching" it does not appear in any of the left list. If you try to enter the service request number in the field we receive an error "Access to this record is not possible. We can see the record in the

The general parameter AUSHDKB in chapter HDK Group AUZ has to be set to Yes.
Maybe there are some other user rights to be modified?I tried to set parameters as shown but it does not change the picture.
Did you look at these parameters at the user level under Setup/Users/Users and the parameters tab? Is that also set to "Yes"?
Now all works fine.
