Service request with assignment "Dispatching"

SOLVED

Started to test this Customer relation functionality and now I am confused: If the Service request is created with assignment Dispatching - it is not possible to access it later.

What I miss?

    Ok step by step:
    1. Service request (GESSRE):ALL
    2. New Service request: Site FR011, BPC: FR001. In the tab "Management" value Assignment set  value to "Dispatching". No other value is entered.
    3. Create entry.

    The created service request will not be available in any of lists ("Open service requests", "Closed service requests", "Late service requests").

Children
