Advanced Bank Statement Import

Have any Business Partners in Australia been able to successfully setup and import using the Advanced Bank Statement Import function in V12.

Every demo I goto the users all say that simple products like Xero have import from australian banks and I am always embarrassed to say that we have nothing that works with the bank feeds.

We are working on trying to import a CBA csv file at present, but with no support or assistance its proving difficult.

Is anyone in the world using the Advanced Bank Statement Import function with the MT940 layout supplied?

Just interested to hear if it has been a successful addition to X3 and if it is widely used.

Hi Stacey,

I can confirm that several customers are successfully using the Advanced Bank Statement Import in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for MT940 or CAMT files.

Have you checked out the How to guide that is available in the Online help center? (How to > Financials > Advanced Bank Statement Import)

It is quite comprehensive.

Thanks Domink , yes I have worked through the manual, still no luck with the csv files. I am escalating through Sage.
