Hello,

You can open the WIP automatic journal and update the formula for "Status" to be set to "2". 

1. Open Setup. Financials, Accounting interface, Automatic Journals

2. Select Entry code WIP

3. In the Formulas section, enter Formula of 2 for Status.

4. Click Save and Close page

I suggest making sure you have saved the previous formula that is set in there in case you need to restore it (Example below):

(func AFNC.PARAM("FRADGI",[F:MWI]MFGFCY)="2")*2 + (func AFNC.PARAM("FRADGI",[F:MWI]MFGFCY)<>"2")

I also recommend you test this in your PILOT folder prior to updating your Production folder with this change.
