I will like to know if there a way to restrict  Sales order selection on Delivery creation when the Sales order is being hold because of Credit card transaction has been declined or can't be processed. The issue is that as soon as the CC is processed the Sales order gets signed automatically so it can be seeing in  the Warehouses.
