You have to login to the Sage knowledgebase to be able to access downloads.

I would agree with you. You may have an issue with your account. Your account has to be tied to an active support plan to see KBs with downloads.
You may want to contact Portal Support and have them review your account.
See KBID: 72096 on information on how to contact portal support. If you cannot reach portal support, you can call your local sage support and gain the same information.
Note: I have confirmed that it is working for active logins with active plans
