What would cause SEI to not populate the data in a view and just be stuck on "Pre-Fetching"? I've also noticed scheduled reports aren't being sent out either, so I'm guessing it's a connection problem.
Can you restart the service? maybe too many requests have made it stop processing
Is that something I need to do server-side? Or can I do it within the browser?
Also, the service seems to have reset itself over the weekend.
Hi Lee , what do you mean the service seems to have reset itself? If the server restarted the services may not have started properly. The BI Services would need to be restarted on the server
Sometimes restarting them clears a fetching error
