Issue with graphical query tool screen

Hello,

We are facing issue on graphical query tool like  the graphical query screen just blanks out the editing box when we click on it. We are using sage X3 version 12 patch 22. Kindly check below screenshot for the same.

In the above screen shot you can see once the query goes in save mode it blank out all the data from editing box. 

Any input on the same will be highly appreciated.

    It appears that if you enter the screen and

    1. click anywhere on the drawing surface and it whites out the drawing surface area

    2. and then click the reload circle in the RIGHT PANEL, it will load and allow editing.  

    If you click refresh, F5, etc.. it will not.  It just goes white again.   

    This is the only system I have seen this on but it's the only patch 22 system i am currently working on.
