Today I have a quick PSA for you SEI/Nectari users out there.
Some of you might be aware that Tangerine (the minds behind SEI) provide websites for registering licenses. On December 19, 2020, Tangerine will be changing the IP addresses used by their websites
https://customerzone.tangerinesoftware.com and https://portal.tangerinesoftware.com.
During this period of transition, it will be impossible for you to:
- Register and release licenses.
- Check the validity of the licenses currently in use.
The estimated time for maintenance and replication is 4 hours:
- PDT Time: 5.00 AM - 9.00 AM
- EDT Time: 8.00 AM - 12.00 PM
- TSB Time: 1.00 PM - 5.00 PM
- CET Time: 2.00 PM - 6.00 PM
You may have a rule in your firewall or router for redirection.
In this case, please apply a change in your rules regarding your IP settings as described below:
- Old IP Address: 168.61.208.100
- New IP Address: 52.165.81.95
Applying this change will keep your firewall rule from pointing you to the wrong DNS record next time you need to access one of these sites.
