I upgraded to DacEasy 2014 a month or so ago after purchasing a new computer with Windows 8.1 as the operating system.
Previously I used the Publish choice in the print window to create pdf files for archiving purposes. Since upgrading operating system and DacEasy attempting to publish pdf files results in an error message " Printer not activated, error code -20". I have added a new port for DacEasy PDF Converter in Control Panel-Printers-DacEasy PDF Converter, named it DacEasy and double checked that the port has a check mark beside it.
The same error message is continuing when attempting to publish to pdf.
Solution requested. Thanks, Jerry
