I am having that error "An error has occurred in a CRM .net customisation. Please contact your vendor to resolve." when i try to synchronize my Sage CRM with Sage 300 ERP. I have tried all i know but i can't fix it. Anyone can help?

I fixed it.
I disabled Windows authentication on the Authentication feature panel of the Sage300WebApi application. Then I changed the password of the sage user set for the CRM and i updated the information on the Sage 300 User-Level security. Then run iisreset. and it worked
