We've recently undertaken a full review of our CRM portfolio. As a result of this review, we have made the decision to retire the CRM.com Hosted product as of August 31, 2019. After this date, users will no longer be able to access Sage CRM.com. This decision will enable us to focus our time and resources differently to ensure we can deliver market leading solutions for our customers.

Action required for Sage CRM.com customers:

• To ensure that you do not permanently lose access to your data, before August 31, 2019, you must back up your data to a separate location and move to another solution. Details on how to download a database backup are available here.
