If you have been using the Quotes and Orders screen for a while and suddenly the screen crashes within CRM, you’ve experienced a common integration issue in Sage 300 ERP 2012 and Sage CRM v7.1.
When this occurs, you will get either error message:
This issue also occurs when CRM and 300 ERP are on the same server.
Not to worry, there is a quick way to fix this issue and that is to restart Tomcat services but you must logout and log back in for the issue to resolve itself.
You also need to remove all references of non-ERP 2012 database under Database Setup.
