Where in Sage City do I go to ask a question about the Sage Estimating product?

I'd like to know how to create a "Takeoff Order" Layout/Tab in my Sage Estimating application. 
 I thought the tab was default for all users; but I have an application that has not current "takeoff order" tab; nor do I know how to sort by takeoff order. 
 
 But I need to. Does anyone know how?

While in the app -> at the top on the Home tab -> select Sequences -> Add -> choose the item/s you want to display -> OK
