Thanks for reaching out! The inactive / active code sections applies to most of our product lines; however, Sage Estimating is different. Check your product activation sheet you received when you bought the software and what the registration name, modules and activation codes are.  This is typically received via email with the original purchase.

So these codes might be listed in the inactive area on the portal (this is because the version changes but the original codes are still to be used). This information is also on KB 33143 - What are my activation codes or registration name when installing Estimating.
