Service Management Customer Report?

Question

Is there a way to print a customer report in Service Management that will sort by city? I've used filters and that works well if I know the city. We have a new admin and I'm trying to print an entire customer base report by city. We're using Sage CRE V13.1 Service Management.

The customer list report provided with Service Management prints in Service Site Name order. 
 You would need to have a customized report to print a listing of the SM service sites sorted by the city. 
 There is however an Accounts Receivable report in the Sage Knowledgebase that you can download that sorts the AR Customer list by city. The article number for this report is 38975
