We are having issues with unauthorized people changing job cost codes, moving people around in the D-board and activating jobs. We need to set up read-only access for SM work orders and found the area to restrict access in the Security Administration. However, when we deselect it for those folks, they are unable to look at anything in the work order. Is there another way to be able to apply read-only access but still be able to view cost, notes, etc. for the work orders?

We are finding the task by going to Security Administration, Security Permissions by Type, Tasks, Service Management, Tasks, General, View and Edit Costs.
