Sage 300 ERP doesn't know anything about SQL replication, that's hidden by MSSQL.  Try Google.

It is a Sage 300 KB that walked you through the steps of deleting the databases from SQL (the ones that are created by Sage SQL Replicator) using SSMS, it also included the folders to remove on the Sage 300 CRE side.

What do you mean Sage does know anything about SQL Replicator, Sage created it?

Hi Vince Glisson - I checked with our install support team and learned that you could follow the steps in either of these two articles (I'm told the result is the same):

• 93215 Replicator: How do I remove an existing Sage 300 CRE replicated database in Microsoft SQL Management Studio so I can start over? 
• 104917  Preparing your SQL data prior to upgrading to Replicator 2.0
