Is this for EEO reporting?  There isn't an existing report in Payroll that will do this, but I am working on one for verification of EEO related data fields for the KB that may be able to be conditioned to provided this information.

IF so you might try the report attached to KB 110981. You can condition for specific gender and get a total count
