We use Exaktime for our production and field workers time tracking.  It integrates nicely with Sage and we have been very pleased with the program and the sophistication it has provided for us in JC payroll tracking and reporting.  We also use Sage's SSO for our technicians in the Repairs and Services dept.  It allows detailed work scheduling and for our tech's to post time directly to work orders through this system.
