Hi May,

Are you looking for the journal that prints when you enter invoices in Accouts Payable? If so, there are 3 options that you choose from when generating journals:

1. Print them to your printer.

2. Have the system ask you for a location and file name to save them as a file

3. The system automatically saves them for you

You can which option is selected when looking at the Print Selection screen after clicking "Finish" in Enter Invoices. Here you can see it's set to save the journal as a file that I can access by going to the File menu and selecting "Printouts:"

And here it's going to p[rint the report to my printer:
