We are getting the error, different time frame, as well.

I tried that when this problem first surfaced a couple days ago but the error persists. Now that I see others are getting it I would think it is a central issue.
We started getting this same error yesterday morning. The steps in KB92581 fixed it for us. But I agree that it's weird several people getting the error suddenly. I've never seen this error before. We have a perpetual license with gold support.
thanks. I just did the KB process again thinking maybe when I did it before that was before the central issue was corrected. Fingers crossed.
Thanks everyone the KB article resolved it. It did show our expiry date as 8/31/2021 before the KB fix) so not sure why this happened.
