Change back the description for the Superintendent Email field on the job record to Superintendent_email - My Assistant Reports

I changed the description for "Superintendent_email" to Foreman email and it caused a few My Assistant reports to stop working as reports could no longer find the correct field.

How can this be changed back? Tried to change in Job Cost setup but it now limits you to only 15 characters.
