We run the majority of our Sage users off a Citrix based system just publishing apps vs. desktops which is going to be a similar setup to remote app though protocol differences can change some of the resulting behaviors.   So no caveats except the normal stuff such as latency if any of them are remote but if they are remote you have to run them off some type of RDS setup anyway.  We also have between 5-10 concurrent users and are also running Paperless through the same setup.  So it will certainly work fine.
