The computer display settings for the text display size is not Smaller 100%, it's set to Medium or Larger. See Knowledgebase article 17328 "Task windows appear too small, grids and columns overfill the screen, drop-down lists are cut off, or buttons are missing"

Mark the box "Let me choose one scaling level for all displays". Then make sure it's set to Smaller.

But it also looks like you're in a remote session, so there may be some additional things to look at. Take at look at Section II of that Knowledgebase article 17328.
