What is your GL Account format? In General Ledger, from the File menu, select Company Settings > Custom Descriptions. Scroll down to GL Account. Click in the description field where it shows "account", then click the Setup Sections button. What are your section descriptions and sizes? (Or you can do a screen capture of this window)

Your sections may be longer than the size in the report design. If that's the case, I'll see if I can fix the report for you.

If you would like to be able to run this report without the use of prefixes, we can modify the design of the report for you.  If interested, please email me [email protected]

Even if you are not using prefixes, you should at the very least have a Base account size. Something isn't right here. Are you opened to the correct company folder? Do you get any messages in tasks or in GL Setup > Accounts about an incompatible account format? I suggest you call us in Customer Support so we can take a look.
