We have our 401k deduction report conditioned to the GL Liability Account associated with this deduction.  Hope this helps!

Create a custom formula and add the formula into the report. Our 401k deduction ID is "401k". So the formula is: LOOKUP(Amount[check deduct], Employee[check], Period End Date[check], Check Sequence[check], "401k")

I have a question about that form Jesse. Why does it have Gross Pay and Total Pay? They seem to be the exact same thing.

Gross pay includes all Regular, Overtime, Other, and Cash Fringe pays.

Total pay is just Regular and Overtime. Some 401k plans only match Regular and Overtime wages, while others match all wages.
