You can do this one of two ways - 

1. You can enter two separate invoices with different dates.

2. You can enter the invoice for 10/31 and post. Then go in to Change Invoices, change the date to November, and add the additional distributions for November. When prompted for the date to use for the reversing entries, select the option for Revised Accounting Date (11/5/2019).
